The month
Simple days, repeated well.
Every place is different. The rhythm stays the same. Here is exactly what a month looks like, including the hard parts.
How it works
Four things to know first.
Up to four guests
A small group, never more. You live in your own flat nearby, and we spend the days together.
At least one month
Long enough for new habits to feel normal. Stay two or three months if you like.
One place, agreed first
You know the country and city before you sign. If we ever move, the plan and any cost are agreed in writing first.
Friends, if it happens
Stay in touch afterwards if you want. No membership, no fees, no pressure.

A typical day
A gentle rhythm, every day.
- Early morningMeditation together, 10 to 20 minutes. Optional. Skip any style you don't like.
- MorningExercise together: a walk, a swim, strength or mobility. Adjusted to you.
- MealsSimple shared meals. Low-carb, keto-style. Everyone eats the same food.
- AfternoonAn activity, exploring the place, or time alone to rest, read and think.
- EveningCoffee and conversation: life, work, ideas, the years ahead. Share only what you want.
- NightEarly. Sleep is part of the plan. (Mostly.)
A typical week and month
Six days of rhythm. One day off.
One day each week is free. You rest, explore or do nothing at all. I rest too.
Most weeks include one longer outing and one long dinner together.
Settle
New food, new routine, no vices. Often the hardest week. Be kind to yourself.
Rhythm
The routine starts to run itself. Mornings get easier.
Reflect
More time for big questions: work, people, what matters to you.
Plan
What you keep when you go home, and how we stay in touch.
Food
Low-carb, keto-style eating.
Everyone eats the same food. Mostly eggs, fish, meat, vegetables, olive oil and nuts, with a little fruit. No bread, pasta, sugar or alcohol.
Simple shared meals. No calorie counting. Allergies and medical diets come first, agreed before you arrive.
I'm self-taught in nutrition. I read a lot about food, and I eat this way myself. I'm not a doctor.
Low-carb eating is not right for everyone. If you take diabetes medication, are pregnant, have a kidney condition or have had an eating disorder, your doctor must clear you first.

Supplements
I take some supplements, and I'll share my list if you ask. I don't give or sell supplements. Whether you take any is your choice, with your own doctor's OK.

Exercise
Move every day.
Walking, swimming, strength work, stretching. We do it together, at a pace that suits each person.
You need to be able to walk for an hour. Tell me about any injuries before you come.
I'm not a coach. Anything with real risk, like open water or a mountain hike, is done with a licensed local guide.

Meditation
Sit, breathe, notice.
We meditate every day, in short sessions. Different simple styles through the month, explained as we go.
Always optional. No long silent sessions. No breathing extremes. If a style doesn't suit you, skip it.

Coffee and long talks
Life, work, ideas, what you want from the years ahead. Good conversation is half the month. Share only what you want.

Activities and exploring
Nature, local food markets, culture, long walks. Whatever the place does best. Local transport during the month is included.
The rules
The rules are the point.
- No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs. For the whole month. Vapes and nicotine pouches count. No exceptions.
- Eat the shared food. Real allergies and medical needs are agreed before you arrive.
- Join the shared parts. Meals, exercise, meditation, evening talks. You can always skip something; just say so.
- Respect each other's privacy. Don't post other guests online. Nothing here stops you talking to family, a doctor or the police.
- Your medicine is your doctor's business. Prescribed medicine is always allowed. Never stop it for this month.
If the rule is broken
First, I make sure the person is safe, and get medical help if needed. Then they leave the group. Unused weeks are refunded minus costs already paid, and I help them get home. Nobody is left stranded.

Honest fit
Who it's for, and who it isn't.
It suits you if
- You're at a turning point and want space to think.
- You want a real break from alcohol and late nights.
- You're tired of the noise and want a calm routine.
- You like early mornings and good conversation. (Mostly.)
It isn't for you if
- You need medical or psychological care right now.
- You drink heavily or use drugs daily and haven't yet stopped safely with a doctor.
- You're under 21.
- You want a party, or a holiday with a gym attached.
Saying yes to a health question is not an automatic no. We talk about it on the call.

I decide every application myself and reply by email within 48 hours. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
